Returns & Refund Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and efficient service management.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Products must be unused and not assembled
  • The item must be faulty due to manufacturing defects
  • You received an incorrect item
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Please Note: Custom-configured or personalized humidifiers cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used filters and water treatment accessories
  • Opened cleaning solutions and maintenance products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Products with removed or damaged safety seals

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@homehumidly.com to initiate your return
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions
  4. Package your item securely with all original components
  5. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship to our returns department at: 772 Elphinstone St, Regina, SK S4T 3L2

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Credit will be applied to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund
  • Return shipping for defective items will be covered by HomeHumidly

Refund Timing

Please allow time for your refund to process:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Debit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 3-5 business days

If you haven't received your refund after this period, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
  3. Email us at ask@homehumidly.com for assistance

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Contact customer service before shipping your item
  • Ensure the desired replacement item is in stock
  • Follow the same return process as outlined above
  • Note your exchange request in the return form
